Why developers work with us
State tourism incentives are substantial — often 15–25% capital subsidy, 75–100% stamp duty relief, and multi-year SGST/GST reimbursement — but every state has different registration sequences, nodal agencies, and eligibility traps. In Maharashtra, stamp duty NOC must precede land purchase; in Rajasthan, you elect capital subsidy or SGST under RIPS, not both. Misordering filings can disqualify benefits.
