Madhya Pradesh Tourism Policy 2025 reimburses stamp duty and registration charges for new tourism projects acquiring land or registering leases and mortgages for project finance. Claim process
- Register project on invest.mp.gov.in before land transaction
- Complete land acquisition or tourism land bank allotment
- Retain stamp duty payment receipts and registered instruments
- Obtain Tourism Investment Promotion Cell approval
- File online reimbursement claim with land documents and CA statement
