Andhra Pradesh Tourism Policy 2024–29 prioritises coastal tourism and themed circuits — including Visakhapatnam as a gateway hub, Araku Valley eco-tourism, and spiritual pilgrimage routes. Hotels and resorts in these zones access the full APTP package: 100% stamp duty reimbursement, land conversion waiver, capital subsidy (25% MSME / 10% large), and SGST reimbursement up to 100% for 15 years.
